There’s no charge for our service we provide that is paid by you to us. Our
revenue comes from helping you with mortgage planning and obtaining
finance from bank, a service charge paid to us as referral fee for our services
in helping you identify the property and help you for the services of identifying
the property managers and for after sale services. You will also receive hours
of information sessions and free one-on-one Q&A sessions and will also be
shown a property investment plan before we ask you to make your decision.

We have our finance teams that can check your borrowing capacity for you.
Maximising your finance potential is key to getting the most out of your
investment and our finance professionals help you do that. We give you the
services of mortgage planning and solutions but if you already have a
mortgage broker, you can also avail his directly and there is no compulsion
that you have to go through us. We also have the capacity to get your
property valuations done without any charges incurred to you.

We have 100s of customers whom we helped in making decisions, in
providing and educating them in property investing and assisted them in
Financial Planning, Accounting services etc through our preferred partners.
Our clients benefit from a lifetime of learning in finding growing investments,

comes to property management services, you have a contract directly with
Property management company associates with us across Australia.

You will enter a 10-year rental guarantee program where the clients will be
helped with renting, managing and supporting clients in various aspects of
Property Management. You will also be connected with Best Accountants
and Financial Planners to help you plan and manage finances, work out tax
minimisation strategies and other services required to maintain property
portfolio effectively.

In case you are looking for any other investing services, after identifying your
goals and objectives, we direct you towards those people who offer other
services related to the investing model you are keen to invest in. We refer
you but there is no additional charge for these services.

You can speak to some of our references if you wish to talk to them or even
personally meet them. We can provide you with their details to speak but if
you want to meet them, you need to plan with the reference directly, in which
we cannot engage.
